Who we are

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Booking and payment

When you book a scoping call or an advisory hour, you do so through Cal.com, and payment is taken by Stripe. They collect your name, email address, the details you give about your business, and your payment details. We receive your booking details so we can run the session and invoice you. We never see your full card details.

Why we use it

We use your details to deliver the session you booked (contract), to keep financial records (legal obligation), and to follow up about your booking (legitimate interests). We do not sell your information or add you to marketing emails without asking.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Notes from sessions are kept for as long as we work together, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing james@fuel-tank.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
